Touba is a comprehensive Islamic application that provides Quran reading, Athkar (daily remembrances), Tasbeeh (prayer beads counter), prayer times, Qibla direction, and other Islamic services. It is developed by M.Alfaifi. This policy explains how we handle your data when you use the app.

2 No Data Collection

We explicitly and clearly confirm that Touba:

• Does not collect any personal data from users
• Does not track user activity or behavior
• Does not send any information to external servers
• Does not require login or account creation
• Does not use any analytics or tracking tools
• Does not display any advertisements

3 Local Data on Your Device

All usage data is stored locally on your device only and never leaves it, including:

• Tasbeeh and Athkar counters
• Theme preferences and settings
• Bookmarks and reading position
• Downloaded recitations

This data remains exclusively on your device and cannot be accessed by us or any other party. It is permanently deleted when you uninstall the app.

4 Permissions

The app may request the following permissions, used locally only:

• Location: Used solely on your device to calculate prayer times and Qibla direction. Your location is never sent to any server or third party.
• Notifications: Prayer time notifications are scheduled locally on your device only.

5 Third-Party Services

The app uses only the following service:

• Aladhan Prayer Times API: To fetch prayer times based on location coordinates only. No personally identifiable information such as name, email, or device ID is sent.

6 Data Security

Your local data is protected by the built-in security mechanisms of your operating system (iOS/Android). All server communications use encrypted HTTPS protocol.

7 Children's Privacy

The app is suitable for all ages and does not collect any personal data from any user regardless of age. It does not require login or any personal information input.

8 Your Rights

• You can delete all your local data by uninstalling the app from your device
• You can revoke location access from your device settings at any time
• You can disable notifications from the app settings or your device settings

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be published on this page with an updated last modified date.
